Jowhara Alsaud (b.1978) is a Saudi Arabian photographer currently living and working in New York. She is known for manipulating her photographs into etchings and drawings, leaving just the lines and essence of her images. The spaces between the lines are left for the viewer to fill. Her work is included in numerous private and public collections, including the Almansouriya Foundation in Saudi Arabia, Museum of Fine Arts in Houston, The Greenbox Museum in Amsterdam, and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
